CMY394 MY Education Project Support Officer
About the Role
The MY Education Project Support Officer is responsible for supporting the work of the MY Education team, with a particular focus on the Learning Beyond the Bell program. This position is a key liaison and support to Learning Support Programs across Victoria.
Hours: 22.8 hours per week (0.6 FTE), Part Time
Fixed term until 31 December 2026, with option to move to an ongoing position pending program funding outcomes
Base Salary (SCHADS Level): $85,120.15 (pro rata) per annum plus Super and access to Salary Packaging(Salary Packaging is a great way to increase the value of your salary by allowing you to receive a portion of your income in the form of tax free or tax-deductible benefits.)
Location: Carlton & Sunshine

You will have
Strong communication skills demonstrating an ability to initiate and develop productive relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Excellent written and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative and judgement when undertaking tasks and work effectively within a team contributing to team objectives and outcomes.
An understanding of the education sector and the challenges for students and families from refugee and migrant backgrounds and
An understanding of Learning Support Programs and their role in supporting the educational needs of children and young people from migrant and refugee backgrounds.
